Open-Faced Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. mustard (dry)
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of salt and pepper
    2 lb. lean hamburger
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Spread meat mixture on each half of hamburger bun.
    Be sure to spread meat evenly on the bun.
    Don't miss the edges of bun, so not to burn edges.
    Broil for as long as it takes to cook meat.
