Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 c. rice (uncooked; not instant)
    4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook rice, milk
    and salt in double boiler for 1 hour.
    Stir in sugar.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
