Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 peck ripe tomatoes, peeled
10 chopped green peppers
1 pt. jalapeno peppers
15 chopped onions
2 pts. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. salt
4-5 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
-
Simmer ingredients until thick, approximately 2 hours.
Add cornstarch if needed to thicken.
