Raisin Cornbread - cooking recipe

3 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 boxes raisins
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl until batter has no lumps. Place in a baking dish and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool about 2 to 3 minutes and serve.
