Mexican Wedding Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Add powdered sugar gradually.
    Cream well until smooth.
    Add flour, salt and vanilla.
    Blend; mixture is stiff. Pinch off small pieces of dough (about 3/4 inch).
    Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 12 minutes.
    Roll cookies in powdered sugar immediately after removing from oven. Makes about 4 dozen.
