Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 c. zucchini
2 c. onions
1 lb. green pepper, ground
1 small jar pimento, ground
5 Tbsp. salt
2 1/2 c. white vinegar
4 c. sugar
2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Cook 30 minutes and put in sterilized jars.
Seal and cool. Makes 5 pints.
