Apple Walnut Cake(Delicious And Moist) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil (use Crisco unless you can get safflower)
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 heaping tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. peeled, cored and cubed Delicious apples
1 c. chopped walnuts (do not put in blender)
1 c. raisins (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat oil and sugar together in electric mixer, while assembling remaining ingredients.
Add the eggs and beat until mixture is creamy.
