Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 c. celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
    4 to 6 carrots, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 c. tomato juice (more)
    1 medium onion, sliced
    3 medium potatoes, cut in 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Place each ingredient in order in an 8 x 14 x 2 1/2-inch baking dish or pan.
    Seal tightly with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours.
    Check after 3 hours.
    This will serve 6 with additional helpings.
