Lo-Fat "Cream Cheese" Pie - cooking recipe

3/4 c. plain graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. diet margarine
4 Tbsp. cold water
1 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
2 c. skim milk
1 c. fat-free cottage cheese
1 (4 serving) pkg. chocolate, fat-free instant pudding mix
Preparation
-
Mix crumbs and melted margarine; press into 8-inch pie plate. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes.
Cool.
