Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 c. rice (2/3 cooked)
    1 can tomatoes, mashed
    1 onion, sliced
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Season pork chops with salt and pepper and brown in a small amount of Wesson oil.
    (Don't cook all the way.) Place pork chops in a large pan (broiler pan is good).
    Pour rice over the pork chops.
    Add mashed tomatoes (juice and all).
    Place onion and pepper rings on top.
    Heat leftover grease and pour out.
    Pour a glass of water into pan.
    Then pour this over the top of your casserole.
    Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
