Ida'S Sherry Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless stew beef
    1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
    1/3 c. sweet sherry
    1 Vidalia onion, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Place beef in black skillet with onion slices on top.
    Add soup and sherry.
    Cover.
    Bake 2 hours. Delicious, tender beef with thick brown gravy.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
