Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sour milk
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Beat bananas until liquid; add eggs and beat thoroughly. Cream sugar and butter; add bananas and eggs and beat well.
    Stir in flour that has been sifted with salt, baking powder and soda. Stir, but do not beat.
    Fold in nuts.
    Place in a well-greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
