Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (12 oz.) jar grape or other fruit jelly
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl with electric mixer beat butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and honey until smooth and creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat for 1 minute.
Gradually stir in flour mixture until well combined. Shape dough into 1 1/2-inch balls.
Place on ungreased baking sheet 2 inches apart.
Using thumb or back of spoon, make 3/4-inch wide indentation in center of each cookie.
Fill each with about 1 teaspoon jelly.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes, until golden.
Remove immediately.
Cool on wire racks.
