Pork Chop Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (trim fat)
    8 medium potatoes, pared and sliced
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 lb. mild cheese, shredded
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in skillet.
    Place layers of potatoes, onion and cheese in greased casserole.
    Combine mushroom soup, milk and seasonings in bowl; blend well.
    Pour soup mixture over top.
    Top with pork chops; cover.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are done.
