Chimmy Chongas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 bottle mild chili sauce
    1 large onion, diced
    12 medium flour tortillas
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    In a large skillet add all the chimmy ingredients except cheese and tortillas.
    Cook until the beef is browned and is crumbled.
    Place the cooked beef mixture inside of each of the tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.
    Roll up each tortilla with the ends tucked in.
    Deep fat fry each of the tortillas until brown and crispy.
    Remove and place a little garnish on each.
