Congo Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. brown sugar
    4 eggs (large)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. oil
    8 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix together brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, flour, salt and oil.
    Stir in chocolate chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
