Baked Nut Rice(Favorite Recipe Of Mrs. White) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    1 c. thinned peanut butter
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Thin peanut butter with warm water to the consistency of thin cream.
    Mix all ingredients.
    The mixture should be quite thin. Bake in a hot oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
    This is also a good filling for baked green peppers.
    If used for breakfast, omit the onion.
