Grandma'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (16 oz.) sweet relish
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    3 Tbsp. mustard
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    4 hard-boiled eggs (3 chopped, 1 sliced)
    5 lb. potatoes
Preparation
    Peel and chunk potatoes; boil until they fall apart.
    Cool in cold water; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients, except sliced egg. Mix together and cover top with sliced egg.
    Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
