Parmesan Cheese Square - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large loaf Pepperidge Farm thin white bread
1 lb. butter, melted
5 eggs, beaten and salted
1 large can Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cut crust off of bread.
Dip first slice of bread in butter. Dip second slice in eggs.
Dip third slice in butter.
Stack all three in that order and cut into 6 squares.
Roll square in Parmesan cheese.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
These can be frozen.
Yields about 66 squares.
