Tuna Noodle Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. uncooked noodles
1/4 c. shortening
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cheese soup
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (6 to 7 oz.) can tuna
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook noodles in boiling salted water according to package directions; drain.
Melt shortening in large skillet; add onion and green pepper and cook until tender.
Stir in soup, milk, pimento, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Add cooked noodles and tuna.
Place mixture in a 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
