Hearty Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless stew beef, cut into 1-inch cubes *
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 celery stalks
    2 medium onions, cut
    6 carrots, sliced
    4 potatoes, chunked
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. frozen peas
Preparation
    Coat beef cubes with mixture of 1/4 cup flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown meat in oil in large pot or Dutch oven.
    Stir in 2 cups water, bouillon cubes, celery and onions.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Add carrots and potatoes.
    Cover.
    Simmer an additional 45 minutes.
