Ingredients

1/3 c. reduced-calorie margarine, softened
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
3/4 c. granulated brown sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. plus 1 1/2 Tbsp. grape jelly or strawberry jam
Preparation

Beat margarine and peanut butter at medium speed of an electric mixer until fluffy.
Gradually add sugar.
Beat well. Add egg substitute and vanilla; beat well.
