Corn Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 egg
1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 large can whole kernel corn
1 large can cream-style corn
Preparation

Melt oleo.
Add sour cream and egg; mix well.
Add both corns and corn bread; mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Done when center is firm when shaken.
