Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 sticks butter, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. hot water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. quick cooking oats (not instant)
    12 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix flour, soda and salt in one bowl. Cream butter on low for 5 minutes.
    Add sugar and beat for 2 minutes.
    Add brown sugar and beat 2 minutes longer.
    Add eggs, vanilla and water.
    Mix well.
    Add flour mixture.
    Stir in oats and chips.
    Bake 12 minutes or until golden.
    Transfer off cookie sheet after 2 minutes.
    Cool completely and store.
