Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2/3 c. nuts
    3 c. carrots, grated
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Set aside.
    Cream sugar, eggs and oil; add flour mixture, nuts and carrots.
    Mix well.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Put in two greased cake pans.
