Stuffed Crabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crab meat
    9 slices bread, baked at 250~ until crisp-dry and light brown and rolled into crumbs
    2 ribs celery
    1 small dry onion
    3 green onions
    few sprigs parsley
    3/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Chop the seasoning and lightly fry in butter or margarine. Add crab meat and mix well.
    Add all but 3/4 cup of crumbs to mixture and 1/3 cup of water.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Stuff crab shells or place in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle crumbs over stuffed crabs or casserole and place a small pat of butter on top. Bake for 25 or 30 minutes.
