Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 box corn muffin mix
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. green pepper
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine.
    Fold corn into beaten eggs.
    Add muffin mix to corn mixture.
    Then add rest of ingredients, except sour cream and grated cheese.
