Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1 stick butter
    1 diced onion
    5 to 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 Tbsp. Morton seasoned salt
    1/2 Tbsp. celery salt
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Preheat oil to 300\u00b0 in 13 x 7 x 2-inch pan.
    Add potatoes and onions, stir, mixing well.
    Sprinkle celery salt, lemon pepper and salt over potatoes.
    Stir, mixing well.
    Sprinkle onion salt over potatoes.
    Continue to stir, mixing well.
    Cook until potatoes are tender.
