Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
Preparation

In a double boiler, combine chocolate chips and condensed milk.
Let chips melt completely, stirring mixture well.
When the mixture is smooth, place saucepan with mixture in refrigerator and let chill until mixture is firm enough to roll into balls.
Roll in your favorite decoration or leave plain.
Makes about 30 (1-inch) truffles.
