Homemade Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. cocoa
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. unsalted butter
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon (ground)
Preparation
    In a heavy saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa and cinnamon. Add cream and milk and mix well.
    Over medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Add butter and stir until melted.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Store covered in refrigerator.
    Stir before serving.
    Yields 3 cups.
