Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 pkg. chopped broccoli (or cut)
4 oz. Velveeta cheese, shredded (more if you like)
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. cracker crumbs (more if you would like to mix some in)
minced onion (optional)
Preparation

Cook broccoli.
Blend soup, cheese and eggs.
Add milk and mayo.
Stir in broccoli.
Pour in dish.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes (longer if doubling recipe).
