Pecan - Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (3 to 4 oz.) pkg. Roquefort cheese
    1 small onion
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cut cheese and onion into chunks and grind.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Mix and chill.
    Shape into ball and roll in pecans.
