Caramel Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 c. powdered sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. oleo, softened
    3 large or 5 medium Granny Smith apples (unpeeled)
    8 oz. jar dry roasted peanuts, crushed
    1 tsp. caramel flavoring (Watkins has it)
    1 large container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Drain well (1/2 hour) the pineapple.
    Beat together powdered sugar, eggs and oleo.
    Mix ingredients together and refrigerate.
