Sugarless Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. Sucaryl
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook raisins in water until most of water is absorbed; drain. Add applesauce, eggs, sweetener and oil.
    Mix well.
    Add combined dry ingredients and vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    in greased and floured 7 x 9 x 2-inch pan for 1 hour or a 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
