Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. baked sweet potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
3/4 to 1 c. milk
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. orange flavoring
2 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Peel potatoes and mash.
Add melted butter, sugar, beaten eggs, milk and flavorings.
Beat mixture with electric mixer to remove strings from potatoes. (Strings will wrap around beaters.)
