Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten or egg substitute equivalent
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine flour and sugar in a saucepan.
    Add egg, milk, vinegar and salt.
    Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Cool completely, then add 1/2 cup mayonnaise (regular or light) and 2 tablespoons yellow mustard.
    This keeps in the refrigerator for several months.
    This is an excellent dressing for potato or macaroni salad.
