Ingredients

8 to 12 egg yolks
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 c. regular milk
1/2 tsp. lemon extract or 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 to 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

In a small saucepan, melt the 3 to 4 tablespoons brown sugar. Immediately pour evenly into a loaf pan or 9-inch pie pan.
Set aside to cool and caramelize.
