Korean Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. diced green onion
2 tsp. chopped garlic
Preparation

Mix the soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, pepper, diced onion, diced green onion and chopped garlic.
Use this sauce to marinate thinly sliced beef (rump roast), chicken or pork chops for 2 to 3 hours.
Grill or broil.
Serve over white rice.
