Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. fresh green beans
    1 large firm tomato
    1 medium red onion
    1/8 c. olive oil
    2 to 3 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
    1/2 tsp. oregano flakes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook green beans in boiling water with salt until tender, but still crunchy.
    Cool.
    Cut tomato in wedges and slice onion thinly.
    Pour olive oil and vinegar over beans.
    Mix beans, tomatoes and onions.
    Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate.
    Serves 4 to 6.
