Holubky(Stuffed Cabbage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. milk
    1 head cabbage (about 3 lb.)
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can sauerkraut
    1 small can kraut juice
Preparation
    Scald cabbage leaves; set aside to cool.
    Combine beef, rice, chopped onion, salt, pepper and milk; mix well.
    Place tablespoon of meat mixture on cabbage leaf and roll.
    Place cabbage rolls in large kettle; cover with extra cabbage and sauerkraut and juice. If you want more flavor, add an extra can of kraut juice, tomatoes and onion.
    Cover; cook over low heat for about 2 1/2 hours.
