Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw broccoli, chopped
    3/4 c. shredded carrots
    3 Tbsp. Bac*Os bacon bits
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, blend mayonnaise, sugar and milk; mix well. Add vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Stir in broccoli, carrots, Bac*Os and Cheddar cheese.
    Refrigerate for at least an hour.
    Stir again before serving.
