Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large avocados, peeled and mashed
    1 medium tomato
    2 Tbsp. green onions
    2 tsp. onion powder
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic or 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to the consistency desired.
    Chill and serve on plate of lettuce leaves as dip for tostadas or sandwich filling, or simply with chips.
