Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (reserve 1 c.)
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (reserve 1/4 c.)
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper
    1 (32 oz.) Ragu spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
    2/3 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine spinach, Ricotta, 2 cups Mozzarella, eggs, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
    Mix well; set aside.
    Evenly spread 3/4 cup sauce in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Layer with 3 noodles, 2 cups cheese mixture and 3/4 cup sauce.
    Repeat layers twice.
    Top with 3 noodles, remaining sauce and reserved cheese.
    Bake, covered, for 35 minutes.
    Uncover and bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
    Cool 10 minutes before serving.
    Can be made ahead.
