Barbecue Short Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef short ribs
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chili sauce
    1 (12 oz.) jar pineapple preserves
Preparation
    Precook ribs in salt, pepper and water for 2 hours.
    Barbecue over slow coals 15 to 20 minutes.
    Baste in sauce and serve with remaining sauce.
