Vegetarian Pasta A La Greque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini, sliced (approximately 4 1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. olive oil or cooking oil
    3 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped or 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    2 tsp. dried mint, crushed
    1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 oz. corkscrew pasta or other pasta
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. dairy sour cream or plain yogurt
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) Feta cheese
Preparation
    In large saucepan, cook zucchini and onion in hot oil for 5 minutes.
    Add undrained tomatoes, mint, dill weed and salt.
    Cover and simmer 8 minutes.
