Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cook and mash sweet potatoes to equal 3 cups.
Mix potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter, milk and vanilla. Spread in a greased, very shallow baking dish or heavy cookie sheet.
