Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    2 c. flour (self-rising)
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking soda (if not using self-rising flour)
    1 tsp. salt (if not using self-rising flour)
    1 c. fresh or drained blueberries
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Prepare 12 cupcake holders.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Fold in milk, oil and egg.
    Mix well.
    Add blueberries after ingredients are well mixed.
    Bake until golden brown, approximately 18 to 20 minutes.
