Green Pickled Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 peck green tomatoes
7 large onions
5 c. sugar
1 pod hot pepper to a jar
1/4 c. canning salt
4 c. white vinegar
Preparation
-
Cut into small pieces.
Cook in a large container.
When tomatoes change color from green to brown, pack in jars and seal. Never boil.
