Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced, cooked shrimp
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Combine shrimp and celery in a bowl.
    Stir in mayonnaise, mixed with lemon juice and onion.
    Add cool rice and mix with fork.
    Chill.
    Very good second day.
    Serve on lettuce and garnish with tomato wedges.
