English Muffin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour, divided
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. warm milk (120~ to 130~)
    1/2 c. warm water (120~ to 130~)
    cornmeal
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and baking soda.
    Add warm milk and water.
    Beat on low speed for 30 seconds and on high speed for 3 minutes.
    Stir in remaining flour.
    Dough will be stiff.
    Do not knead.
    Grease 2 loaf pans; sprinkle with cornmeal.
    Spoon batter into pans.
    Sprinkle cornmeal on top.
    Cover; let rise until double, about 45 minutes. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Remove from pans immediately; cool on rack.
    Slice and toast.
